We are looking for a marketing genius

Overview

As our Marketing Wizard, you will be the driving force behind theblanck's growth engine. You'll craft compelling narratives that showcase our world-class design work, build engaged communities across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and emerging platforms, and run campaigns that convert followers into clients. This is not a "post and pray" role. You'll own the full marketing funnel — from brand awareness to lead generation — working directly with the founders to shape how theblanck is perceived in the startup ecosystem. You'll also market our internal products (HueGrad, web audit tools, and future SaaS launches), giving you the rare opportunity to do both agency marketing AND product marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute theblanck's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other relevant platforms • Create and schedule high-quality content — posts, carousels, threads, reels, and stories that drive engagement and build brand authority • Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns to generate leads and grow brand awareness • Market theblanck's internal products (HueGrad, web audit tools, upcoming SaaS products) with dedicated launch strategies • Build and nurture online communities around design, startups, and product development • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing assets, case study content, and visual storytelling • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs — engagement rates, follower growth, lead attribution, campaign ROI • Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletter strategy • Identify and execute partnership and co-marketing opportunities with complementary brands • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and emerging channels • Develop a content calendar and maintain consistent posting cadence across all channels

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or growth marketing • Proven track record of growing brand presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram • Strong copywriting skills — you can write punchy hooks, compelling threads, and conversion-focused copy • Experience running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads) • Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform insights, UTM tracking) • Experience with marketing tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar • Understanding of B2B marketing and the startup/design agency space • Strong visual sense — ability to brief designers or create basic assets using Figma/Canva • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment • Excellent communication skills in English Bonus Points: • Experience marketing SaaS products or developer tools • Personal brand presence on LinkedIn or Twitter • Video editing skills (Reels, TikTok-style content) • SEO and content marketing experience • Experience with influencer or creator partnerships
